Do you take walk-ins?: Yes, walk-ins are always welcome at Big Scissor. If you want to guarantee your spot, you can also book online ahead of time.
What is the difference between a fade cut and a skin fade?: A fade cut goes from number 0 to 0.5. A skin fade goes all the way down from skin to number 00, giving a sharper, closer finish.
Is the pension cut available to everyone?: The pension cut is available to customers who hold a valid pension card. Please bring your card to your appointment.
What are your opening hours?: We are open Tuesday to Thursday from 9:30am to 6pm or 7pm, Friday 9:30am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:30am to 6pm or 5pm on Sunday. We are closed on Mondays.
